John Benne is from Bozeman, Montana, and is currently a freshman at the University of San Diego, where he is pursuing a major in Business Administration and a minor in Biology. Growing up in Montana, John has always had a passion for the outdoors, spending much of his free time hiking, camping, fishing, and being on the water.
John’s passion developed into a strong appreciation and care for the environment. Throughout middle school and high school, he became involved in his local outdoor community through creek and river cleanups, as well as teaching kids how to fly fish. John is excited to continue growing his interest in and commitment to the environment as he begins his new journey in San Diego.
