Abby Norris received a B.S. in Marine Biology from San Diego State University and volunteered in a kelp ecology lab focused on the amazing applications of seaweed as well as working towards understanding human impacts on marine environments. She is currently working as a stand up paddleboard and kayaking instructor, and enjoys being outdoors and on the water as much as possible. She discovered how much she loved working with kids as a marine science camp counselor, and is excited to be able to combine her love of science, outdoor education, and conservation as an Education Assistant at Ocean Connectors.
