Ocean Connectors strengthens student bilingual skills using activities in both English and Spanish. All student learning styles are supported through interdisciplinary subjects such as science, reading, writing, artwork, video, technology, geography, and peer-to-peer learning. Ocean Connectors meets elementary and middle school Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards to improve student critical thinking skills and increase academic engagement and performance. Our curricula also fulfill the Ocean and Climate Literacy Principles and align with the Marine Activities, Resources & Education (M.A.R.E.) curriculum.
