Kaleigh Thornton is a junior Biology major at the University of San Diego and a Pre-Physician Assistant student. She has a strong interest in environmental education and brings hands-on experience in environmental sustainability, including time spent working at a bee sanctuary focused on pollinator conservation. Through her work with Ocean Connectors, Kaleigh is combining her passion for science and the environment. She’s excited to support local conservation efforts and learn more about how the environment impacts public health.
